To call for the records and set aside the order of conviction and sentence pasSed in S.C.NO.14 of 2014 dated on 25.11.2016 on the file of the learned Mahila Fast Track Court, Theni and allow this appeal.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of P.SENGUTTUARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYIL VAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner as per order of this Court made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.198 of 2017 in Crl.A(MD)No.5 of 2017, dated 9.1.2017. 2.Earlier, this Court by an order, dated 9.1.2017 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.198 of 2017 in Crl.A(MD)No.5 of 2017, granted suspension of sentence till 6.2.2017, directing the Petitioner to appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders and this order was made absolute subsequently on 8.2.2017.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for the past six months, the interim suspension of sentence already granted is extended till the disposal of the appeal and the condition imposed earlier is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti on the first working day of every English Calendar month until further orders or till the disposal of the appeal.
