Respondent/Complainant PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the summons issued by the respondent herein under Section 91 of Cr.P.C. dated 03.12.2014 relating to the investigation in Cr.No.1 of 2013 pending on the file of the respondent under Sections 406 420 of IPC read with Section 5 of TNPID Act and quash the same as against this petitioner.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the summons issued by the respondent herein under Sec.91 of Cr.P.C. dated 03.12.2014 relating to the investigation in Cr.No.1 of 2013 pending on the file of the respondent under sec. 406 420 of IPC read with Sec. 5 of TNPID Act and quash the same as against this petitioner. 2.When the matter was posted for admission on 22.12.2014, at request of the petitioner, it was ordered to post on 23.12.2014. Thereafter, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
