3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after the investigation, final report has been filed by the respondent in both the cases, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, nothing survives in these petitions. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report filed by the respondent police, if so advised.
