ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2, in Crime No.128 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested on 30.09.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302 @ 120(b), 449, 342 and 302 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 25.09.2015, the daughter of the de-facto complainant was murdered and the de-facto complainant lodged a complaint stating that one Ramarajan, who is having illicit intimacy with the daughter of the de-facto complainant viz., Logeswari and hence, the case has been registered for offence under Sections 302 @ 120(b), 449, 342 and 302 of I.P.C., and after due investigation, the respondent police found the involvement of the petitioners in this case and the petitioners were arrayed as an accused in this case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is the neighbour of the deceased and at present, they have shifted their house and settled in the present address. After that, there is no connection with the deceased and her family. He further submitted that the deceased Logeswari had illegal intimacy with several persons for which, the father of the deceased warned her.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that A1 and the victim girl are lovers and on coming to know that the victim girl had relationship with other persons and thereby avoiding A1, the accused persons have murdered the victim girl on 25.09.2015. He further submitted that originally, the case was registered under Section 302 I.P.C., and subsequently, altered into Sections 120(b), 449, 342 and 302 of I.P.C.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the co-accused were already arrested and released on bail in Cr.M.P.No.1649 of 2015 on 24.11.2015 by the Principal Sessions Court, Pudukkottai.
6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are in judicial custody from 30.09.2015 and the co-accused were already released on bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
