(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation to the respondents to collect the lease amount from the encroachers. It is also represented before this Court that the representation has also been made seeking removal of encroachment.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
