RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the above said condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 AM and 5.30 PM in Crl.OP(MD)No.22032/2022 dt.14/12/2022 until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAMURUGAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22032 of 2022, dated 14.12.2022. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai and the same is yet to be taken on file. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.
CRL MP(MD) No.2589 of 2023 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22032 of 2022, dated 14.12.2022 is modified to the effect to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai on 21.02.2023 and 22.02.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
