This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members on the representation dated 30.01.2025 made by the petitioner to the first and second respondents.
2. According to the petitioner, he along with is son have borrowed money from the respondent Nos.3 and 4 company by mortgaging their property. They regularly paying the installment amount. However, there are some due pending. While so, the third and fourth respondents trespassed into the petitioner house and tried to lock the petitioner's house and used filthy languages. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 19.01.2025, requesting the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to give police protection. So far, the respondent police have not taken any action. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 would submit that there is a money dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.3 & 4. They also received representation from the petitioner dated 30.01.2025 & 02.02.2025. Now, the representations are under consideration and the enquiry is under progress. Therefore, the respondent police will dispose the representation of the petitioner within a week.
4. In view of the above said submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2025 in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.
5. With the above said observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
