ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that First Information Report in Crime No.161 of 2021 of Thillainagar Police Station was registered by the third respondent against the petitioner and that the investigation is underway.
