Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass final order based on the enquiry report filed by the second respondent proceeding of Na.Ka.(A7)4044-2017 dated on 27.11.2018 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court. *********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders based on the enquiry report submitted by the second respondent which was forwarded to the first respondent by the second respondent. The petitioner has given a representation on 17.08.2019 calling upon the first respondent to pass orders based on the enquiry report submitted by the second respondent wherein the second respondent has clarified the correct survey number and has also recommended the same to the first respondent to enable him to pass final orders. Since the said representation dated 17.08.2019 has not been considered till date, this Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Heard Mr.A.Senthilkumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

W.P.[MD]No.3045 of 2022 petitioner dated 17.08.2019 requesting the first respondent to pass orders based on the enquiry report submitted by the second respondent is considered on merits and in accordance with law. 4.It is the case of the petitioner that though the enquiry report was submitted by the second respondent clarifying the survey number on 27.11.2018 itself, till date, despite the recommendation given by the second respondent the first respondent has not passed final orders in terms of the said recommendation. 5.For the forgoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass orders based on the second respondent's enquiry report in Na.Ka.(A7)4044-2017 dated 27.11.2018 after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent within a period of two [2] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
