Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4925 of 2017 dated 26.04.2017 Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 4925/ 2017 :

Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439 (1) (b) of Criminal Procedure Code praying to set aside the condition modification order passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli in Crl.M.P.No.1141 of 2017 dated 17.04.2017, further relax the condition totally imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli in Cr.M.P.No.949 of 2017 dated 03.04.2017. Order : This petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition as the order of this Court dated 26.4.2017 made in Crl.OP (MD)No.4925/2017 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.VADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advo (Criminal Side) on Behalf of the State, this Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4925 of 2017, dated 26.4.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is regular in complying with the condition after modification of the Original order and he has no objection to relax the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
