ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to implement the orders, dated 27.01.2021, passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.44 of 2021. 2.The main contention of Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that though the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, directed the second respondent to register First Information Report and investigate the complaint filed by the present petitioner under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, till date no action has been taken by them.

3.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that since the offences are serious in nature, the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell forwarded the complaint to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Trichy, for enquiry and report in C.No.G4/24284/1596/2020, dated 22.12.2020. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
