ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.12912 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15534 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024.

2. Mr.R.Jagadeeshwaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to arrange sufficient sureties within a short period. Hence, the petitioner was unable to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 29.11.2024. Accordingly, he seeks 15 days time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.12912 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15534 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 21.03.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court 2/3
