ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass or ill treat the petitioner in the name of enquiry in respect of civil dispute lodged by the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and since the dispute is civil in nature, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
