2.Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that case has been registered in Crime No.7 of 2015 for the offences under Sections147, 148, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act on the file of the second respondent police.
