The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the case for the petitioner's complaint dated 24.08.2015.

2. The Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.219 of 2015.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent police is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.219 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
