This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.72 of 2023 on the file of the Additional District Court, Paramakudi and allow the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was referred to the Lok Adalat which was held on 09.03.2024. In the Lok Adalat, the matter was settled between the parties and an award was also passed.

3. In view of the above submission, there is nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
