CRIME NO.639 OF 2016 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P.(MD) No.23681 of 2016 dated 21.12.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PRABU RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 24.12.2016 onwards. He further submitted that in this case investigation is pending.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required or appear before the concerned court on receipt of summons.
