Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the Petitioner's daughter namely S.Moniga Rosi D/o. A.Shanmugavel, aged about 21 years from the illegal custody of the respondents No.3 & 4 and set her at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by B.PUGALENDHI, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue S.Moniga Rosi, aged about 21 years. According to the petitioner, his daughter was found missing from 21.05.2019, for which, he lodged a complaint before the second respondent. But the second respondent has not acted upon it. Therefore, he has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the second respondent has produced the detenue before this Court. The fourth respondent is also present. The detenue on verification has asserted that she is aged 21 years and she has studied B.A. (English) and also pursuing B.Ed. Course. She has expressed her willingness to go https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

along with her father/petitioner. Accordingly, her custody is handed over to his father/petitioner.
