ORDER

The petitioner, a member of an Association has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to appoint an election officer to conduct election for Krishnama Rajapalayam Nadar Uravinmurai Association.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pending this writ petition election has been conducted. However, out of 300 voters, only 100 voters have participated in the election and cast their votes and other 200 voters have been prevented from casting their votes. 3.Since it is reported that election has been conducted, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the election in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
