ORDER
The petition is filed for a direction to provide police protection. 2.It is seen that a civil dispute is pending between the parties. Therefore, the police protection can be granted only as per the decree/ order of the civil Court.
3.Therefore, with such liberty preserved to the parties to approach the police, after the civil Court decides the issue, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
