ORDER

This contempt case has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 19.07.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.7395 of 2023.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7395 of 2023, dated 19.07.2024 has been complied with in true letter and spirit.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.

4. In view of the factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this petition.
