The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 54 days in filing the appeal, challenging the order passed in H.M.C.M.A.No.7 of 2024 dated 21.08.2025 on the file of the Additional District Court, Paramakudi, confirming the order passed in H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2019 dated 05.01.2024 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Muthukulathur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
