ORDER:- Habeas Carpus Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. V.MALAIYENDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2 and of Mr.K.MUTHUMALAI, Advocate for 3rd Respondent, this Court made the following order:

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J) Though the petitioner claims that he married the detenu, no proof of marriage has been produced, except the alleged text messages exchanged between them.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that with regard to the complaint given by the petitioner, the mother of the detenu was enquired into and since https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the detenu expressed her willingness to go with her parents-the third respondent, the matter has been closed.

3. However, taking into consideration the apprehension expressed by the petitioner, this Court asks the learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent as to whether she will produce the detenu, she undertakes to produce the detenu before this Court.

4. Call on 19.06.2019. The third respondent shall produce the detenu by then.
