CRIME NO.504 OF 2016 ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl O.P. (MD) No.22585 of 2016 dated 09.12.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANESH PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 29.12.2016 onwards. He further submitted that in this case investigation is pending.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required or appear before the concerned court on receipt of summons.
