ORDER

This Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner to fence his land, based on his representation dated 17.08.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation was considered and the same was closed as civil in nature.

3. The respondent police shall forthwith communicate the closure report to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the same if so advised.
