This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 would submit that already based on the complaint given by the third respondent, they conducted enquiry and thereafter they registered a case against the petitioner in Cr.No.97 of 2025 on the file of Thirunagar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections. 296(b), 324, 351(2) of BNS.

3. Since, already the FIR has been registered as against the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. In view of the same, recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 10.02.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No gvn
