O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The petitioner is the father of the minor detenu, viz., Preethi, aged about 15 years, and alleging her illegal detention at the hands of the private respondents, he came forward to file the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
2.The Habeas Corpus Petition was entertained on 11.06.2019 and when the same was listed today, the detenue is produced before this Court and she would state that on account of some difference of opinion with her parents, she voluntarily left the home and willing to go along with her parents, who are present before this Court.

3.Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State on instructions would submit that the 3rd respondent is yet to be apprehended and in the light of registration of the F.I.R. for the commission of offence under Section 366-A I.P.C., the detenue would be subjected to medical examination and depending upon the same, further course of investigation will follow.
4.Now the detenue has been traced and her custody is handed over to her parents. In the light of the subsequent development, nothing remains for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
