ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioners, seeking for a direction to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.233 of 2019 of Sayalkudi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the investigation is concluded and a final report is also made ready against the accused for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 336, 324 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and that the same would be filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, within a period of two weeks.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.233 of 2019 before the Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
