ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.306 of 2020 and file a final report. 2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.306 of 2020 was already concluded and the referred charge sheet is also made ready. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Inspector of Police, Aruppukottai Town Police Staiton, Virudhunagar District to serve a copy of the closure report to the defacto complainant and file the same before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
