Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.C.RAMESH, Additional Public Prosecutor in both the petitions on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Since the investigation is at crucial stage, the presence of the petitioners are required by the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent/Police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
