ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the compliant lodged by the third respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner as well as the third respondent have given complaints and on that basis enquiry was conducted and that since the dispute is of civil in nature, both the complaints were ordered to be closed.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
