This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to remove the auto stand installed in front of the petitioner's shops is situated at Re-Survey Nos.154/10A and 154/10B1, Veeyanoor Village, Thiruvattar Taluk, Kanyakumari District based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 15.11.2022, after due enquiry and also affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter-parties and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
