ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. D.Rameshkumar, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. R.M. Anbunithi, Additional Public prosecutor for the first and second respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Trial Court, as per the order made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1944 of 2022, dated 02.02.2022. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1& 2.
3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 02.02.2022, made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1944 of 2022, is extended further for a period of one week from today, failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
