ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.135 of 2015 and file a final report within a period stipulated by this Court.

2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report will be filed within a period of three months.
