2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the charge sheet has also been laid before the Court concerned.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court dated 18.12.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.23472/2025 is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
