ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.20444 of 2025 dated 18.11.2025.

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 24 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 24 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.20444 of 2025 on 18.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.20444 of 2025 on 18.11.2025 is modified as "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days ie., on 1st and 15th of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." 09-02-2026 jbr To
