ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 294(b) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, 2002, in Crime No.18 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. On a reading of the First Information Report, it is seen that this petitioner has taken photos of about seven named women, while they taking bath in the village pond.
