ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the registration of the case under Sections 354, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.81/2015, the third respondent/accused person is stated to be creating problems by trying to encroach upon the property of the petitioner herein and hence, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking police protection for him and his family members. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit

that it is agreeable for them to consider the representation.

5. In the light of the limited prayer asked for notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

6. Under such circumstances, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

7. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
