ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD). No.19914 of 2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.19011 of 2025 dated 15.12.2025, dated 15.12.2025.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for three times and that no previous case is pending against the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD). No.19914 of 2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.19011 of 2025, dated 15.12.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for investigation. 09-02-2026 jbr To
