3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.24020/2025 dated 26.12.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
