Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records of relating to the impugned detention order of the 1st respondent passed in his proceedings in No.2/BM/2019 dated 02.01.2019 and quash the same and set the detenue namely Vinothkumar S/o.Varathappan aged about 25 years no confined at 5th Respondent's Central Prison, Palayamkottai at liberty.
