ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the above appeal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is reported that R3 died and so far no steps have been taken.
3.Since no steps have been taken and the limitation period has also been over, this petition is dismissed as abated, as against R3. 4.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed as against R1 and R2 and the delay is condoned.
