O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The petitioner is the wife of the detenu, viz., Chandru, aged about 37 years, and alleging his illegal detention at the hands of the second respondent police, she came forward to file the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the detenu was arrested as early as on 12.06.2019 and hence, prays for appropriate direction.
3.Per contra, Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State on instructions would submit that the detenu has involved in a case for the commission of the offence under Section 379 I.P.C. and a case in Crime No.147 of 2019 was also registered by the Government Hospital Police Station, Trichy and he was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy on 18.06.2019 and ordered to be remanded in judicial custody.

4.In the light of the above, nothing remains for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. The petitioner as well as the detenu are at liberty to workout their further remedy in accordance with law before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
