ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.796 of 2024 on the file of the 3rd Respondent to 4th Respondent or any other investigating agency.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant and at his instance, Crime No.796 of 2024 was registered for the offence under Section 419 of IPC, with respect to the impersonation of the fraudulent documents. However, even after the registration of the FIR, there has been no progress in the investigation. Hence, he sought the indulgence of this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police fairly submitted that the investigation is still pending.

4. Recording the same, this Court directs the first respondent to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent. Accordingly, this Criminal 2/4

Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to appraise the progress of the investigation to the first respondent every Friday. 03.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No dss TO:-
