2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court made in Crl OP(MD) No.14354 of 2025 dated 18.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
