M. P. (MD) NO. 10202 of 2016 in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 15096 of 2016 dated 25.10.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 20.11.2016 onwards. He further submitted that in this case investigation is pending.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required or appear before the concerned court on receipt of summons.
