3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court dated 16.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23130 of 2025 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
