O R D E R

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in CC.No.86 of 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.K.Navaneetharaja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in his orders dated 02.02.2021, observed that the police has not taken effective steps to serve summons on A5 and is also not executing the Non Bailable Warrant against A1.

3. Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD).No.2767 of 2021 on instructions, would contend that though summons were served on A5, he left India and that the Non Bailable Warrant pending against A1 could not be executed as he is residing in a foreign country. In the facts and circumstances, the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Madurai South, Madurai is directed to bestow her personal attention in CC.No.86 of 2015 and secure the presence of the accused before the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai. The Inspector of Police is further directed to produce all the witnesses without any delay and co-operate with the Court for speedy disposal of CC.No.86 of 2015. The Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of CC.No.86 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
