This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.1087 of 2022 on the file of third respondent in accordance with the law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that Final Report has been filed before the Special Court for PCR Act cases, Thanjavur, on 14.08.2023.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the matter has become infructuous. 2/4

5. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
