ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.138 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(2) IPC, on the file of the the Inspector of Police, Annavasal Police Station,

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 23.02.2024, this Court recorded the submissions on both sides and adjourned the case.

3. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second Respondent vehemently dispute the contention of the Petitioner stating that the Petitioner himself involved in the alleged offences and he objects to the quash of the FIR or charge sheet against the Petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) also objects to the same. 2/4

4. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and the learned Counsel for the second Respondent, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
